Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG, announced the expansion of its BharatBenz dealership network in Madhya Pradesh with a new 3S (Sales, Service & Spares) facility in Indore. This partnership with PPS Trucking marks the 17th BharatBenz sales and service location in the state, further solidifying the brand’s commitment to the region.

Boasting an extensive service network, the new Indore dealership joins 16 existing locations and ten additional service points across Madhya Pradesh. This robust infrastructure, including 15 Mobile Service Vans and 49 service bays, boasts the capacity to service a staggering 24,000 vehicles annually. This widespread network ensures prompt and efficient service delivery, maximizing uptime and delivering an unparalleled ownership experience for BharatBenz customers nationwide.

Commenting on the development, Sreeram Venkateswaran, President and Chief Business Officer (Domestic Sales and Service) of Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, said, “Madhya Pradesh is an important market for us given the abundance of natural resources in the state. The new dealership, spanning 51,000 square feet, joins a robust network of 16 existing locations across Indore (Rau), Bhopal, Jabalpur, and other key cities. This network is complemented by six additional 2S (Service & Spares) and four 1S (Spares) facilities strategically positioned to cater to the diverse needs of customers throughout Madhya Pradesh.
