Automotive safety, efficiency and comfort There are three factors that are currently defining an automobile – a passenger car or a two-wheeler for example. These are safety, efficiency and comfort. These three are reflective of the progress achieved by the auto sector and increasingly by the field of mobility. The backbone of this progress are the men and machines, which ensure quality increments time after time and an ability to keep improving. With climate change and extreme weather events adding to the equation, a transformation to think about the planet rather than humans is slowly gaining force at various levels. Events like COP28 are a more visible form of such thinking and exerting pressure on businesses big and small in terms of how they are cutting their carbon footprint, material wastage and ensuring efficiency and safety.
