The Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro features Öhlins suspension, specifically a 45 mm diameter upside-down fork and a rear shock absorber with adjustable spring preload and rebound damping. Both allow 150 mm wheel travel to cover all types of terrain. The Sport Pro offers Café Racer rear-view mirrors and a flat handlebar, 1,514 mm wheelbase and a matte black paint scheme.

The Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro twins are equipped with Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Cornering ABS, three standard riding modes (Active, Journey, and City), and tyres from Pirelli MT60 RS 120/80 ZR 18 tyre at the front and 180/55 ZR 17tyre at the rear.
