Street Culture Takes Centre Stage At The Debut Edition Of Royal Enfield Hunterhood

Blending the pulse of street culture, community and high-octane energy, Royal Enfield hosted the first-ever edition of HunterHood in Mumbai and New Delhi during the last weekend of April 2025. 
Inspired by the spirit of Hunter motorcycle of the company, the HunterHood event – the latest cultural initiative built around the ethos of “From the streets, For the streets” – brought together riders, artists and urban explorers across the two Indian mega cities. 
The company also unveiled ‘The 2025 Hunter 350’ with three new colourways and upgraded features inspired by and designed for ‘The Coolest Neighbourhoods of the world’.
Featuring unique programming in the form of skateboarding sessions, spontaneous cyphers, vibrant graffiti art, live music jams, dynamic dance circles and exhilarating BMX stunts, the event witnessed high-octane performances by some of India’s top musicians like Dino James, Wild Wild Women, Shah Rule, Suggahunny, The Spindoctor, OG Shez, Ikka, DK Mocity, Dhanji, Lush Lata and Samriddhi Bhargav. 
The event saw over 12 homegrown, premium and emerging street-led brands spanning skateboarding, apparel, sneakers and the culinary space participate. It was attended by 5,000 people across the two mega cities.

    IDEMITSU Honda Racing India Riders Kick Off 2025 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship 

    The riders of IDEMITSU Honda Racing India team took on the challenge of Round 1 of the 2025 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship held at the legendary Chang International Circuit in Buriram, Thailand, on 28 April 2025, bringing an intense and action-packed event of a close. 
    In the Race 1 of Asia Production 250cc class (AP250 class), Kavin Quintal and Johann Reeves finished 19th (with a total time of 19:06.659) and 15th (with a total time of 19:05.726) respectively. In Race 2, the Indian duo finished 13th (with a total time of 19:07.972) and 18th (with a total time of 19:11.232) respectively.
    Kavin earned three points in Race 2 whereas Johann bagged one point in Race 1, bringing their cumulative team total to four points for this season in the Asia Production 250cc (AP250) class.
    The 28th edition of FIM Asia Road Racing Championship is considered as Asia’s most competitive motorcycle road racing championship since 1996. The 2025 season saw six rounds beginning with the official test and season opener at the Chang International Circuit (Thailand) from 25- 27 April 2025. The second round will take place in Malaysia from 30 May 2025 to 1 June 2025. It will be followed by Japan (Round 3) in July and Indonesia (Round 4) in August. While the venue and timeline for Round 5 is yet to be announced, the season finale will be held in December in at Chang International Circuit in Thailand.

      Odysse Evoqis Lite E-Motorcycle Launched At INR 118,000

      Mumbai-based electric two-wheeler company Odysse Electric Vehicles has launched the Odysse Evoqis Lite e-motorcycle at INR 118,000 (ex-showroom). 

      The e-motorcycle is equipped with a 60V battery, which offers a range of 90km and a maximum speed of 75 kmph.

      The e-motorcycle gets features such as keyless start, multiple drive modes, motor cut-off switch, anti-theft lock and can be had in five colour options – Cobalt Blue, Fire Red, Lime Green, Magna White and Black.

      Nemin Vora, Founder, Odysse Electric, said, “With this launch, we’re making sporty rides more accessible than ever. It’s a perfect blend of performance and affordability, crafted for those who seek thrill without compromise and at the same time not harming the environment.”

      At present, Odysse Electric has a product portfolio of seven models which includes two low-speed scooters, two high-speed scooters, a delivery scooter targeted for B2B segment, sports styled motorcycle and a commuter motorcycle.

        Royal Enfield Launches MY 2025 Hunter 350 At INR 149,900

        Royal Enfield, a leading motorcycle manufacturer, has introduced the 2025 Hunter 350 at prices starting INR 149,900 (ex-showroom Chennai).

        The updated Hunter now comes with three new colour options, increased ground clearance, seat comfort, suspension and an intuitive ergonomic triangle for better ride handling.

        Mechanically it remains unchanged, the Unter 350 continues to be powered by 349cc J-series engine. Interestingly, the Hunter 350 becomes the first Royal Enfield 350cc motorcycle to get slip-assist clutch. It also gets LED headlamps, tripper pod and type-C USB fast charging.

          Suzuki Access Sets Record For Fastest Scooter Ride From India’s Lowest Region To Highest Region

          Suzuki Motorcycle India (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has achieved a new feat for its flagship scooter, the Suzuki Access.

          The company has entered the India Book of Records for completing the fastest scooter ride from India’s lowest region – Kuttanad in Kerala – to the highest altitude village – Komic in Himachal Pradesh.

          The feat was achieved by a dedicated team of riders who started their journey from Kuttanad at 7:20 AM, and reached Komic at 3:05 PM after four days, covering 3,696 km in 103 hours and 45 minutes.
