Pioneer India launches Detachable Multi-purpose Tablet-combo

Pioneer India, a subsidiary of Japanese giant, Pioneer Corporation, launches Smart Unit Receiver SDA-835TAB and SPH-T20BTat a price of INR 33,890as a combo. This latest cutting-edge in-car infotainment system is meant for those who enjoy quality entertainment on-the-go.
Known for its advanced in-car entertainment systems the main features of Pioneer that set this multimedia entertainment system apart are its genuine Android OS, magnificent display, audio quality, high-end safety features, and plethora of navigation and entertainment apps ready to download.
In any car, an advanced entertainment system that offers superior audio quality is a must-have feature. The smart unit receiver has these features and more. The SDA-835TAB tablet has eight inch high-resolution capacitive screen display and Pioneer’s audiophile sound quality. This is the first of its kind multi-purpose tablet which can be used both inside and outside the vehicle making it more versatile in its use. The tablet has certified access to genuine Android OS and comes with pre-installed apps such as Google Maps, YouTube, Gmail, Pioneer’s unique app ‘Pioneer Smart Sync app’ and more. ZF Inaugurates First ZF Pro Tech Plus Workshop In New Delhi

German tier 1 supplier ZF Group has inaugurated its India first ZF [pro]Tech plus workshop in New Delhi. The new workshop is part of ZF Aftermarket which has a legacy of over 40 years. The ZF [pro]Tech has been empowering workshops by providing technical knowledge, training and service data of OEMs.
The New Delhi workshop was inaugurated by Markus Wittig, Global Head of Business Line Passenger Car, ZF Aftermarket, and Vijay Khorgade, Head of Business Line Pass Car IMEA. Rolly Chadha, Head of European Motor Works and the owner of this workshop, led the inaugural celebration.
Markus Wittig, said, “I am very pleased with this launch of India’s first ZF [pro]Tech plus workshop. This reiterates our commitment and ambition in the Indian market. Autopal Renews Focus On Automotive Lighting Industry

Jaipur-based automotive lighting manufacturer Autopal has announced a slew of updates to strengthen its presence in the industry. The company has relaunched headlamps and halogen bulbs in new packaging along with incandescent & miniature bulbs for all vehicle segments. The company has also announced full range of commercial composite headlamps designed specifically for the Indian market.
At present, it manufactures headlamps at its Pantanagar plant, which is a dedicated facility for the aftermarket segment. While halogen bulbs are being produced at Jaipur facility. Furthermore, it has also launched an all-new range of LED lamps.
Autopal is also looking to expand its distribution network with existing partners as well as new national channel partners.

CEAT Expands Retail Footprint in Gujarat

CEAT has announced the inauguration of its largest outlet – called as CEAT shoppe – in Anand, Gujarat. The outlet, spanning 4,200 sq. ft, underscores CEAT’s commitment to provide premium tyre fitment and an enhanced customer experience.
Marking CEAT’s seventh such outlet in Gujarat in 2025, following store opening in Ahmedabad and Rajkot, the tyre maker now has around 45 outlets in the respective state. The CEAT shoppe at Anand has strategically located in Anand’s prime automobile market and near leading OEM showrooms.
It is well-positioned to cater to the evolving mobility needs of customers in the growing city. The CEAT Shoppe is operated by Bharat Tyres, which already operates a CEAT Truck Service Hub since 2023. The CEAT Truck Service Hub provides dedicated tyre maintenance services to commercial vehicle owners.

Tata Motors’ New Vehicle Scrappage Facility Opens Up In Guwahati

Tata Motors, one of India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers, has opened ‘Re.Wi.Re – Recycle with Respect’ its registered vehicle scrapping facility (RVSF) in Guwahati.
The facility, operated by Tata Motors’ partner, Axom Platinum Scrappers, can safely dismantle up to 15,000 end-of-life vehicles annually. It can scrap passenger and commercial vehicles of all brands, making it the seventh such facility after Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Chandigarh, the Delhi NCR region, and Pune.
Jogen Mohan, Minister of Hill Areas Development, Transport, Co-operation, Indigenous and Tribal Faith & Culture, said, “The launch of this advanced vehicle recycling facility, will create valuable employment opportunities and support economic growth of our state and communities. In addition, it will also ensure safe disposal of end-of-life vehicles, reduce carbon emissions, and contribute to a cleaner environment. I thank Tata Motors for pioneering the start of start smart facilities in Assam.”
Ashok Singhal, Minister of Health, Family Welfare and Irrigation, said, "The inauguration of Tata Motors' Re.Wi.Re facility in Guwahati is a key step toward a cleaner, greener Assam. This modern facility will foster a sustainable vehicle disposal ecosystem while benefiting both the environment and people of Assam."
