TVS Motor Company introduced a new platform – TVS intelliGO to provide comfortable, convenient and an environment-friendly ride experience to its customers.
TVS intelliGO enhances the riding comfort, mileage and reduces emissions by intelligently switching off the engine during long idling like traffic signals and other stops. The vehicle kicks back to life by a simple twist of the throttle. The technology also helps avoid fuel wastage during these stops and reduces emissions. TVS IntelliGo technology will debut on TVS Jupiter, thus making it the first 110cc scooter in the industry to come with this technology.
The TVS Jupiter ZX Disc variant will be equipped with TVS intelliGO is priced at Rs. 72,347/- (ex-showroom, Delhi) and available in two colour choices of Starlight Blue and Royal Wine. The TVS Jupiter is equipped with Ecothrust Fuel injection (ET-Fi) technology which delivers 15% (company-claimed) better mileage, better start ability, refinement, and durability. The scooter has LED headlamp, 2-litre glove box, mobile charger and 21-litre storage.

Suzuki Motorcycle India Clocks 103,454 Unit Wholesales In October

Suzuki Motorcycle India, a leading manufacturer of scooters and motorcycles, has recorded its highest monthly wholesales to date, with a total of 129,261 units sold in October 2025.
This marks an 8 percent YoY growth compared to the 120,055 units sold in October 2024. The sales includes 103,454 units in the domestic market and 25,807 units exported. Alongside dispatches, the company claimed its retail sales reached an all-time high of 140,679 units last month.
Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, “October 2025 marks a significant milestone in Suzuki Motorcycle India’s growth journey. Achieving our highest-ever monthly performance is a direct reflection of the trust customers place in our brand and products. The record domestic retail sales of more than 140,000 units demonstrate robust demand during the festive period. We deeply appreciate the continued support of our dealer network and customers. Suzuki Motorcycle India’s spare parts business also reported a healthy performance, with sales of INR 857 million in October 2025.
TVS Motor Company Sells 421,631 Two-Wheelers In October

TVS Motor Company recorded its highest-ever monthly wholesales in October 2025, with total sales reaching 543,557 units, which is an 11 percent growth compared to 489,015 units sold in October 2024.
Last month, the company saw 10 percent growth in two-wheeler sales increasing from 478,159 units last year to 525,150 units in October 2025. This includes 421,631 units in the domestic market, up 8 percent YoY. Motorcycles grew by 16 percent at 266,715 units, while scooter sales grew 7 percent to 205,919 units.
Electric vehicle sales grew by 11 percent from 29,308 units in October 2024 to 32,387 units in October 2025. The company noted that magnet availability continues to pose challenges in the short to medium term.
Three-wheeler sales saw 70 percent growth with 18,407 units sold in October 2025.
The company’s sales in international business registered a 21 percent growth, with sales increasing from 95,708 units in October 2024 to 115,806 units last year.
Hero MotoCorp Enters France, Marking 52nd International Market

Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has announced its official entry into France in partnership with GD France. This move expands the company’s presence to 52 international markets and deepens its European footprint following successful expansions in Italy, Spain and the UK.
The French debut was marked by the launch of the company’s Euro 5+ range, led by the Hunk 440 motorcycle, at the UTAC Mortefontaine proving ground near Paris.

GD France will distribute the Hero MotoCorp product range, initially through a network of 30 official sales and service outlets across major French cities, with plans to expand to over 50 dealers by 2026.

The flagship Hunk 440 is E5+ and EU-compliant, entering the A2 performance category with a focus on city commuting and motorway acceleration. It delivers 36 Nm of low-end torque at 4000 rpm and a peak power of 27 bhp at 6,000 rpm. The Hunk 440 comes with high tensile steel trellis frame for stability and handling. Equipped with dual-channel ABS on 320 mm front and 240 mm rear discs, USD Cartridge Forks by KYB, a full-digital and connected TFT display and turn-by-turn navigation.
The Hunk 440 is available starting at EUR 3,599 (including VAT) in two colours: Twilight Blue and Phantom Black.
Honda Activa Scooter Crosses 35 Million Customer Milestone In India

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has attained a new milestone of having surpassed 35 million sales for its popular Activa scooter range across the country. This achievement, which spans 24 years since the scooter’s launch in 2001, includes the Activa 110, Activa 125 and Activa-i models.
The company highlighted that the scooter's journey reflects its connection with customers, providing mobility across the country. The Activa plays a key role in the Japanese major's presence in the Indian two-wheeler market.
Over the year, the Activa has created a strong name for itself, achieving its first 10 million customers by 2015, 20 million by 2018 and now 35 million in 2025.
The success is attributed to the scooter's adaptability, having incorporated updates in technology and user experience while maintaining focus on ease of use, consistency and fuel efficiency.
It was just recently, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India introduced the Activa e:, the popular scooter in an electric avatar. In August 2025, the company launched the Activa and Activa 125 anniversary editions.
